Does anyone know the part # or actual description for the plastic roller cage located in the front diff. that seems to be breaking so often. I have a 03 SM 600. I just want to see how far in this piece is before I tell my wife when i,ll be home.

 

In my manual, it refers to this part as the ROLL CAGE and ROLLER CAGE. Sorry I don't have a parts manual.

You can go to Partsland.com and look up your quad. It will give you parts breakdowns, numbers and prices.

 

one more thing, you can go to polarisindustries.com and download the parts manual for yours. not exactly sure if they ahve ur model in there or not, but check it out.

 

you can also go to ronnies.com for break down and prices. the roller cage is differnt numbers for differnt machines. at least on mine, it has differnt numbers for an 05' vs. 06'

 

now u said some thing about down loading a parts manual.....do u have to pay??

 

no you dont pay. you can see a parts break down of your machine w/ the part numbers, but not the price on polaris site.
