Default E.C.M. location???? Sportsman...

Does anybody know where the E.C.M. is found on the 2006 sportsman (all)...or...(450). Or what it even looks like????...Thanks...Caper.........

hey cap, i was just tring to look up where that is but really cant find it. whst i found was something by the rectifier in the front end called a bulf fuel pad pn# 5810317 32.00 or a super power modual #4011110 115.00 dont know if its that or not.

Thanks....What book that from the 450 or the 800/.......Is the 32.00 and the 115.00 the price in U.S. dollars after the part #.......If it is it must be the $115.00 one...LOl..LOl....the dealer told me here in Canada price around $130.00. Caper.........

If I find it ...I will try the BAD one in my wife's quad first I think............That way I will not fry a good one in mine if they is something else wrong..........How does that sound!!!!!!....Caper.........

No he might not even tell my to swap them...........He may say "just bring it by the shop and we will take a look at it" !!!!!.........$130.00 later for the part and plus shop time.........Then he wil say "Yes" it was the E.C.M. Caper.......Maybe not this dealer is good..Drove about 2 1/2 hours just to deal with him!!!!!
We will see now how great he is...Right!!!!!

well the 115.00 part # 4011110 is the recefier so it snot that one. pisses me off i cant find it lol. oh well time for bed let me know.

Are you looking in the 450 or 800 sportsman service book?...Caper.......Do you have the two of them?.....

no am actually looking at part break downs on line. dont have the book. i find find most of the electrical but cant seem to find anything called that ecm. found the recifier and a few moduals and main wire harness, and cdi box, mag, and coil parts.
