believe it or not.......we had a 425 2wd magnum in the shop once it had about 23000 miles. thats right 23000..... he claimed it was the original spark plug and the original belt!!!! he rode it everywhere as he had no car or liscense

 

1990 TrilBoss 250 2WD color is gray plasic and blue seat.
I had some few problem on front end bearing wheel, tie rod and
2 time engine 2 cycle rebuild about 7,000 mileage but sale to my friend ever great run.

My dad had 1996 sportsman 500 4x4 only one problem front end tie rod and no power all electrical that mean no turn on light but only one ever work awd light on. Now has near 9,000 mileage ever great run but engine bit fail on cams head soon time dealer.

My xlporer 4x4 had problem now front left lock maybe cv join or hub because mud hole many time play well so go to dealer soon time and some trouble engine blown again countun balance oil and coolant run out and try fill oil and fill coolant 15 or 20 min cause overheat wait cool down if see check on oil or coolant see nothing oil or coolant twice now no one help me hard cost me lot not want twice rebuild engine. I try new engine or used 1997-2002 if good deal cheap will buy it.

i think it was a mid 90's....like i said it was a 2wd and the guys only means of getting around.....lots of easy highway miles......he rode the thing winter, raining, darkness to and from work......but we havent seen the guy for quite a while now as this was a couple years back.... but i have seen honda's in here with that many miles also......

 

[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]We have a 1987 trailboss and a 1995 Magnum425 4X4 on the farm which are used all the time...Changed battery a few time and regular maintance and no problems with either...I ride a 2007 Sportsman 500 Deluxe bought Dec.27th. and already has close to a thousand miles on it...

 

I know this is terribly old but... I have a 1986 Trailboss 250 4x4 that i am rebuilding right now because my Dirtbike has had it.

 

87 trailboss, sat for a few years, started it up and ran GREAT!!! like new!

 

i have a 95 xplorer 400 4x4 it has about 5000 hard earned miles..... now its time for a rebuild (in the process) now... i also co-own a 2005 sportsman 500 HO with 1000 miles on it.... (eventually selling it to my dad.)

like i tell everyone.... drive them hard... they are meant to sit in the garage..... When i got my 05 .... the same week i was floating in 3 feet of water.... I like to push the limits....
