sportsman front a arms

Default sportsman front a arms

Does anybody make upgraded front a arms for an 02 sportsman 700? Call it bad lick or just plain stupidity i hit a rock with my front a arm thi weekend and ripped the arm apart! I didnt hit the rock all that hard so i am wondering if I can buy an upgrade!

No upgrade unless you buy a lift kit with the extended a arms. You had to hit something pretty hard because you dont hear much about a arms unless its rider fault. They are pretty strong but the right rock in the right place will bend it like a pretzel.

yea the whole pretzel thing sounds bout right! I figured i was in the wrong place at the wrong time! thankds for the advice where can i get the lift kit at?

Highlifter or gorilla. These are big kits Not just a 2" kit.

Your best bet would be to get a new a arm and then get some a arm guards. You wont have that problem again.

thats why i like my stickstoppers. they protect the cv boots as well as the a arms.

how durable are the stick stoppers? I hit this rock just right i guess cuz it tore the front of the a arm off of where it attaches to the frame![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img] I didnt injure the frame thankfully but i did however break the tube that goes out to the strut clean off at the weld!

holy smoke, theres no honor needed, im just an a guy w/too much time on my hands. lol. the brand stickstoppers are very stong to me. it has already paid for it self in cv boot and arm damage. i hit it so hard i bent the front of the stopper back into the boot and it was rubbing. just bent it back out and good to go. well worth the money i spent on them. got them on both bikes i have.
