i have seen lots of threads on the headlight mod (apparentely very inexpensive) could someone please explain what it does and is it a must have mod? thanks in advance (if anyone replys)

 

hey, Oinker. Ya, I like having it on my machines. Anything to improve visibility at night, ya know? All it is, is a diode that gets wired in (inside the headlight pod) so that when your headlight switch is in the high beam position, all 3 lights are on. I assume you have a sportsman? If it's an 05 or newer, I would also recommend the kit that turns your rear work lights into back-up lights. Just put both kits in my new X2. I think it was like 40 bucks with shipping.
