Default Nitrous on Modded 400 Sport?

I don't know anything about how it affects the 400......and actually don't really know about the predator.......but I know guys are running it on the pred.

There are dry and wet systems. Do your research!!!! I think, the wet systems are better, something about it doesn't effect your jetting......I dunno......I remember that one of them, makes your quad really lean......

Around $10 depending on the place. Around here it goes for $3.50 a pound.

your' right, the HPD race mods kit with 15.5 dome and the whole high output ignition kit produce around 75 to 80 hp with a pwk 39 and a k&n clamp on.

Does anyone know how the Nitrous and the High compression of the 15.5:1 head on 110+ race gas works? Is this to much compression or will it be ok?

Generally, the higher the compression ratio, the more ignition retard, as well as higher octane fuel. I would use the highest octane fuel you have available preferably 114.

You will need a case saver welded on your cases or bad things are going to happen. Also you will have to reclutch for the added hp. I don't think 110 will be enough with that compression, check with hpd though, they have ran nitrous and can tell you the minimun octane you should run. The only other thing is you will have to let the rpm build before hitting the nitrous. Good luck, let us know how it goes!
