- Went to Little Sahara State Park the last couple days. Got there Friday night and wound up riding all day Saturday but got chased off by Tornados and thunderstorms. But, man, I had a blast out there. Rode with a group consisting of my brothers family and a friend of his' family. Seven people, six quads. Spent the vast majority on my mothers' Sportsman 500 and when I go back hopefully this fall, I'm taking it with me. Glad to hear you're in one piece. How far away was that tornado that leveled Greensburg? And, where is Little Sahara?

 

Ninety four miles by the closest land route. Air route probably seventy miles. Wasn't that far. It wasn't until the day after Greensburg was removed from existence that we found out about it. Little Sahara State Park is at Waynoka Oklahoma, in toward the pan-handle.
