Well my two friends keep arguing that there quad is faster then the other so there going to race in 2 weeks(maybe sooner) after one gets back from New York. And i was wondering which one do you guys think well win in a drag race? I'll let you guys know who won in a couple of weeks.

 

What mods on each?

 

Both are stock and both the riders are both really good at drag racing.

 

DS650 beat the Predator 500 by 2 quads.

Retry with an outlaw 525. Little closer in displacement, but still 140 ccs diff. Guranteed the 525 will win, Ive done it about a 100 times on my 525 vs an 06 ds650. Beats it by like 4 quads.

 

I imagine the predator beats it in acceleration and loses on top speed. I've ridden both bikes. Predator feels like it would whoop a DS in acceleration. I've ridden a DS more than the predator and i think they are not impressive in acceleration. Great top speed though.

Which was faster in bottom to middle end? Who wins racing to top of predator's fourth gear?

 

The predator was ahead 1 1/2 bikes tell about 4th gear then the ds650 started pulling. If the drag race was longer it would have been worse for the predator.

 

Yeah i consider the win for the predator then. If you were running a 300' race the predator would win then. That loss is just considered from top speed because the 650 has a higher top speed than the predator. Comparable to a car can win a 1/4 mile race, but the loser might have a higher top speed and win in that aspect.
