Do I re-jet if I change to a white primary spring on my SP500?

Since you're not messing with the air intake, or adding a different muffler, I don't believe you do.

You won't have to re-jet in this case. Only when you make mods that effect intake, exhaust or engine rpm's, and altitude.

I own a 500sp non HO.Just wondering what you plan to get out of a white spring.I'm looking to try and kick butt on an Ho and need some suggestions no motor mods just clutching .Anyone with some info.I leary on high engagement springs as I,m scared it will do damage to my belt and drive components.

I have had the white spring in my Xplorer for over 500 miles and I don't think it is hurting the belt any. The trick is to either go or not go when you are in deep mud (and use Low range, of course). What ruins belts fastest is being stuck in mud, and not giving enough throttle to keep the wheels spinning, but so the engine is under load.
BTW I have over 3500 miles on the original belt so far.
