between the 06' and 08'- no back rack extenders(had to buy one), no back up lights(missing bulbs and switch,fuel pump isnt as loud when turning on key, way better looking gauges, easy shifting so far, painted exhaust,way better looking rims, then 06'(already on my wifes sp450), new master cylinder for front and a relocated rear brake resior up high and away from the foot pedal. maybe this is why theres so many problems w/the older ones as there to low in their placement. new better grips, more comfortable, way better sealing front storage rack design. well thats all i can think of in 1/4 mile on it lol. oh yea and it does still have the famous clunk(back lash) in the drive line.

 

what clunk are you refering to, I believe I may have that clunk in my trailboss 330, I think I hear a clunk sound somtimes

 

my wifes 450 doesnt do it no where near as much.

the stock pictures are already on the pics. link in my signture and ill take some more when all the goodies are back on it tomorrow before it goes for its first ride. w/ only a 1/4 mile on it and even then w/out it being broke in i wont see any differnce.

 

Looks great! Like that blue, awful shiny. Don't get it dirty. How did they change the seals on the lid? Hey, mine has a few shiny new parts after my roll too! LOL! Again, looks great, get those tires on.

 

crapy updated pics now on the pics. not very good taking then in the dark but just finished wiring the winch on and had to go put a mile on it. kinda bogs out of the hole but there again the new smelling paint burning off lol. oh ya and i love the new red speedo lights.

yep. it still only takes 2 qts. however i see they upper the coolant to 3.6 qts instead of the 2 qts it use to be.
