Yeah, I have to wonder about the rad too. It would be interesting to find out if the 07 can be retro'd with the 08 rad. I would love to have that extra capacity. Although, my new stealth went 600 miles with out plugging or overheating once and it was good and hot outside.

its a difernt part no# for sure on the rad. from the 06' but dont know the differnce in size. looks like the same basic set up and just as much protection from the mud and what not. it wont see any deep mud this year for sure as its way too dry to have any deep stuff around here.

went for another short ride today(23 miles) and it seemed to handle better now thatthe sway bar was tight like it suppose to be(go figure) but notice a slight vibration that i dont recall on the 06'. dont know if i overlooked it or maybe its the tires not sure. i also noticed the fuel gauge seems to read a truer reading vs the 06. maybe because its still new(100 miles) and it hasnt had time to screw up yet lol. anyway this ride was an avage of about 35 to 40 mph and it really seems to just cruise at 40 to 50 like its not even working.

Stendori, does your 800 have the new painted finish? Does it hold up to scratches from branches and teh such?

yes its the new painted style. it seems not to scratch as easy from brush. the paint seems really touch and flexiable. i just cut out 2 holes in the pod and actually used a utility knife w/heat and it didnt even start to want to chip.

I have to say KUDOS to the man that will take a utility knife to his brand new machine without batting an eye. Glad to hear it stood up without even thinking of chipping. I hope they start to bring out a couple of special editions with that paint on it. It really looks sharp.

Would you recommend the 800 then? It seems like theres not much to say bad about it. Im looking into either the 800 or the Outlaw 525, i know, big difference, but if i dont like the Outlaw for any reason the 800 would definitely fit the program for me. i love just about everything about it, i just like the faster Outlaw a little better from what iv read.... haha
