Im racing at a non AMA track. If you were going to race in AMA you would be in the class with 250r's an banshees. Being Im not at an AMA races I am run with any Four stroke an Blasters so been racing the 400ex's an a couple DS 650's Warriors 300ex 250x an Blasters. I have a few secounds an one first plus thrids. They said they are going to tighten up the rule for 2001 an so might end up in ATV2 I was in AVT1 They are going to make a 400 an up 4 stroke class. It has been a durable ATV for racing not to many problem concedering what im doing the frame an motor are still working good no cracks in the frame an no motor problems. You have a 97 so I do not knoe much about the frame design for those. But to get you started on Racing just do it an improve the quad from there. Need to no more just ask

Do you compete well against these other machines? Where did you get all of the mods and stuff for the TB? I used to have a '95 and then sold it and got the '99. I couldn't ever find anything for the '95. What all have you done to yours? And how did you make it so light?

As far as the weight gose All i have left on the bike is what is need for it to run good an be strong. No lights no floorborads no Battire or starter no oil injection bottle removed some metal like the rear fender sapports. If you went to my briefcase you would have seen the pic's of it apart. right now it is in the process of being tore down an redone an some more stuff being remover for profrmance. Oh ya the head is shaved .020

It would beat a stock Tb easyly. It has a great acceleration the top end for speed is I would say about 55 I am going to change the rear sproket to a 32 or 30 it seem to still have good acceleration so figure can get more speed out of it. It is a night an day differnce fron the stock TB. It jumps great an has a good landing pretty soft an the only time it bottoms is off the 40' jump to tabletop an the part that is hitting the ground is the fron bar on the nerfs. it soaks up the woops great I can hit them faster then the other bikes an have easyer time accelthrough them. I tryed the split breaks the season an found out that it was hurting me more then helping. With the single leaver breaks I could out breake the other guy's so it will be single agine for the 2001 season.
