Well thank you, thank you!

SPEECH: I like to thank all of you in attendance for reading this
post! Its been a long while with so much pain, the blood, the
sweat and tears. Thanks to all who have helped me thru my
troubles! The answers to my many questions and assistance with
my research! I can't wait for my journey's ahead as I look toward
next week for my 1st 800 ride. Thanks also to the 800 club for
the glorious entrance and I won't disappoint, I promise!
Finally, for all of those reading this most eccentric post thanks
for your patience!

hey bud, just checking all those pics out. wheres all those add on goodies? i had to buy my rear rack extender. couldnt live w/ out it lol. very nice family big guy you must be proud. i like the wifes pole dance lol[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] actually it made me think of what she'll be doing when your stuck right to the seat like we do once in a while and have to stand on the rack to bounce it back in forth to get out. wait until you feel all the good features like the adc. cool beans.

 

Thanks everybody for all the kind words. Whoops, I missed that one Stendori, ssshhhhh its
our secret. I think she knows my gratitude, she is probably more relieved that now I can
stop talking about it, LOL.

Yea, that is my task this weekend and next week is to bolt on all my goodies I took off.
My dealer said he wouldn't give me any higher value or credit w/them on my trade so I choose
to keep all my stuff, why pay out for the same stuff again was my reasoning almost near 1k worth
if you add up the cost of the winch w/all of it. Stendori, yea I know what ya mean about the
rack extenders, they are nice to have to tie things down.

Man, I can't wait to ride next week! Now I need a BIGGER trailer and soon to come BIGGER
Mud tires. Man, it just doesn't end, LOL. But happy and content for a while!

Thanks ya'll, yea that is my cuz, he shouldn't be envious he just got an 700. Thats
pretty powerful as well! I almost bought the 700 with the good price
deals but something just kept me on the 800 track.

 

Hey man, my brush guard and bumpers have a few rust spots,
That is one thing I noticed about buying the black ones. #1 the
paint is not the best as it didn't take much to rub off and the
black rear bumper on my 450 has the same weak spot in the paint
and now rust is building. (See my forum gallery pictures)

FYI, this is like the 2nd or 3rd time I had to do some "touch ups".

BIG question, after I touch these up with some black rustoleum etc. is
there anything you recommend me do to put over it or something so its
least susciptible to paint wear off and more rust building?

i used rustolem paint when i wheelied across a road on my tube bumber(oops) and gave it about 4 coats, seems to work not bad but nothing last forever.
