sounds like a beater.... its an new 2007 sportsman 700 efi... the driveshaft sounds like it's going come flying off any minute... when i shift into R it doesn't go right away..it shifts fine but when i give it the gas it grinds for a second then pops in.... what the heck is going on!!!!!!

 

well.. from what i've been reading the drive shaft thing is normal?!?!?! wow.....thats unreal.. it sounds bad...

 

alot of the newer twins for some reason have alot of drive line slack making this noise. i was listening to mine today while i was riding to see when it goes away and when i start to hear it again. between 15 and 20 mph.
