Default 08 800performance

does anyone know exactly what has been changed to make the 08 800's more powerful than the 05-07 models?

from what ive been able to gather it has to deal with changing the clutching of the machine and the dual exhaust. however my uncles 05 model has the dual exhaust.

if anyone knows, i would like to know as well.

thanks

i believe it has to do with timing and fuel curve maps. they did upgrade the clutch in 08 as well.

thanks guys, i havent race side x side with my uncle's 05 yet so im not sure if its really a difference.

my friend keeps telling me his 07 700 grizzly will outrun me because the dry weight is nearly 200lbs lighter. so we just might have to see.

have a good one
