Does it restart? Are you out of gas? Do you have power when the key is on? How long has it been since it was run before? Did it sputter before it quit? ANy symptoms at all? Need more info. Does it turn over?

LOts of things could cause it to die in snow.
1. the gas vent plugged off
2.it got hot due to snow in radiator
3.plug or plug wire came off
4.you blew the engine

Got bit by the very rare pink eyed snow snake. (sorry could not resist that) Like ftwflh said it could be any one of a dozen things. You just need to start eliminating things until you find the problem.
