Default Still issues with AWD

So my 2003 Magnum wasn't going into AWD. I took the swtich apart, cleaned the connections, and after a bit of fumbling saw that the bulb was burnt out. Replaced the bulb and still nothing. After screwing around with a multi-meter, I am not getting any voltage to the switch or to the bulb, but I am getting voltage to the ETC. I tested the switch and it is working. Is there a fuse somewhere that I missed? I called the dealer and they said that it might be the gear selector switch??! How would I test that? Sorry for all the newbie questions. Just getting fustrated.

Well, I broke down and made an appointment at the dealer. Dropping it off tomorrow afternoon, hopefully they get it fixed in short order.

It's the selector switch, it is wired thru the gear selector to supply power to the AWD switch when in fwd and rev. Do your neutral and rev lights work? Mine didn't before the replacement. By the way the switch was $87.35.

Let me add that I have a '95 magnum, your bike may be different. Does your owners manual have a wiring diagram showing how the switch is fed power? I troulbe shot mine by installing a jumper across the wiring for my selector switch.

Its weird, my reverse, neutral, and low lights work. The guy in the service department said that was the most likely cause too. I guess I will find out tomorrow.

Well, just picked the machine up. It was the tranny switch. Dealer replaced and good as new! Yay, as we are actually getting snow tonight and possibly 10-12 inchs tomorrow.
