This could be a isolated issue. But I just noticed that my frame was broke on my 2001 scrammy. There is a support bar on the left side that holds the oil and coolant resevor on the bottom weld. Mine looks like it has been broke for awhile. I just thought I would throw this in so some of you might want to check your scrammy just to make sure.

 

i think it can be a common issue. that same thing happened to mine a few years ago. just re-welded it and its been fine ever since.
