Spark Plug for High Compression

Got the motor back from RCR and looks all good and stuff. Put it back together with the 488 sled piston he let me choose. I have always ran a NGK B8ES, now I read some where that a hotter plug is a good idea when running higher compression. The heads been shaved and Im not sure if the sled piston will effect compression but rick told me I should be around 140 psi when all together. Im not even sure if thats high compression but its better than 110psi.
Its a 250r/es Scrambler Air cooled .020 over wesico
Runnin 93 Octane with Klotz Techni-plate oil 32:1
Stock Coil and CDI, DG Exhaust

thats not real high compression, more close to brand new. running w/ shaved heads will change it for sure. what did rick tell you to run? dropping 1 plug number could be alot hotter then you want so i would ask him(the expert) for sure before you do it. are you running the 93 octang because of the shaved heads?

in most cases the higher octang is wasted in regual engines. unless your running at 10 to 1 compression. w/ the plane heads and hotter plug you would be running hotter heat for sure i would think. maybe rick should be telling you what is best here, or someone w/ race engine savoy.
