I have called my dealer several times over the last few weeks to order a new header pipe and heat shield. He tells me that they are both on backorder? Breezy used to sell them on ebay but he dosn't have them listed???? Does anyone know where to find them?

 

i just recently tried buying one on ebay from breese, i called them about it and they told me that was the last one they had and that they are hard to get ahold of.

I'm looking for the same set up. I already have the white bros. muffler, now I'm looking for the 800 header and not sure if it comes as a kit. If it does come as a kit does anybody have a part number?

 

Get the new style with the donut on it were the 2 pipes go to one, the old ones liked to break at that location, I know cause mine broke and I took some light angle iron and re-enforced the bottom of the pipe for about a foot to kep it from happening again, polaris said they did;t have any problems with them but they sure changed the design, YEAH RIGHT!!
