Has anyone had any problems with the fuel gauge sticking full?

700 EFI 2004.5 Sportsman

i have a 04.5 sp600 and i think i know what you mean. mine says full until it is almost empty and then the guage goes almost the whole way down. idk if that's a problem on alot of the polaris quads or not?

I have had my gas tank replaced 3 times and it still doesn't work correctly. It has something to do with the sensor. Every time they fix it they have to replace the whole gas tank. It's $500 a pop. I have the extended warranty on mine though. Very glad I got it. My machine has more time in the shop than me on it.
