Default Rim size/bolt pattern

I'm going to be buying a set of rims for my 2005 Sportsman 400. Does anyone know the rim size/dimensions and the bolt pattern for them.

In other words, what do I ask for when I go into the store so I don't look like an idiot. I'll do that on here, then when I go in...I'll save face ahahah.

Thanks for the help!

The width and diameter should be stamped on the wheel. Mine is 12x7. That means a 12" diameter and 7" width. The standard Polaris bolt pattern is 4/156. That means that there are 4 lugs and two opposite of one another have 156mm between them. Standard offset is 4+3 (notice that 4+3=7, the total width of the rim). 4 is the off center inside measurement and 3 is the off center outside measurement (in inches).

A good tire shop will be more than willing to help.
