i have a 2005 z 400 and am looking to buy a new quad. The polaris outlaw 525 irs has caught my eye and sayin take me! how do u think the ride quality is compared to the z 400 it has to be incredibly smooth as it looks

my other question is i do a lot of dune riding and i was curious with the IRS how good would it preform in the dunes

I've never rode a Zuk, so I'll stay away from that comparison.

However the IRS on the dunes would be great I am sure. The reason IFS and IRS were invented is for better ride quality. You watch the dune racers on TV, whther it's trucks, buggies, Jeeps... they run HUGE IFS and IRS to allow maximum suspension travel with minimal body movement.

 

if your running dunes go with the Z it's awesome and many updates
