Default Exhaust leak?!?!?!?!?!?

i just put a HSP can on and i guess in the installation i moved the pipe around. the leak is where the head pipe connects to the main pipe, this is on a sportsman 500. i can move the pipe and it stops. but slowly comes back. i dont know what else to do. another question, when i pin the gas there is a little bog down and then i really gets on it. what can i do fix that?

thanks

i don't know about eh eghauset but teh bog is prob in the carb take it off clean it all out take the bolw off and just go threw it with contact cleaner. then chech teh air micture screw and count how many time it takes to screw it all of the way in. it should be around 2 and 5/8 tures out. thats were i put my scrambler 500 withe the sportsman 500 engine and carb at i also run the K&N air filter i have stock jetting and eghuast thow. I hate that you cant ajust hte mixture screw while the carb is on teh bike that stinks.

if its the springs that just hook over the loops on the rear exhaust, just take a needlenose pair of vise grips to pull themahead enough to slip off. watch it as they have alot of tenion on them. i actually took a big reg. screwdriver and ground a slot into the end to make a spring tool which you buy.
