Well, it did look like a bunch of Honda's. I had an 05 rincon 650 for a year and got rid of it cuz when it did get stuck, it was hard to keep lit so it stayed stuck. Good advertisement for a winch. That and not drinking so much before you hit the mudholes.

 

Stendori, that looks about like my last stuck. Trouble was I didn't have a winch and was riding alone. It was about 20 degrees out (broke through the ice) and I had to call on my cell phone for help.

Sitting in the dark on a hopelessly stuck ATV in cold water with ice chunks freezing around me (and in my boots) with my feet up on the handlebars waiting for help to arrive is not the way to spend a cold winter evening.

amen to that brutus. thats why it pays to have a riding buddy w/ you for sure. these damn bikes we love are awesom but there as heavy as a tank so w/out a good winch or wheeler's to pull you out there a great boat ancor when there sitting there. lol

What was the AD for????...Never did see a recovery system there!!!.........Was the AD for the Winch??......Caper.....

 

thats what i would guess caper. a winch add for sure, or maybe a foolish rider.

I think the ad was for what ever he burried in the ground to anchor to.. If you look you can see that the cable goes right into the ground. He had to be facking it. He didn't even saw the bars back and forth or rock it.

 

yea i saw that advertisement before on teh company that makes teh ancor like thing.
