I have broke my frame 3 different times 2 times at teh top of teh rightside swing arm mount and once at teh bottom. i had them all welded up and they were braced and welded good!!!!!!!. I have been running it hard weeleis lil jumps trail riding hitting rocks jumping over treas. they i wake up go in the garage the other day hook up snow plow jack up teh back to put on my 24 inch dirt devils alot better in the snow and notice the axle is shifting like crazy i say crap i look at the frame barely hanging on teh rightside swingarm mount the top is snapped clean the bottom is just benrily hanging. i don't think i can weld this any more so i am going to have to get a new frame. then i am just going to sell this atv for a sportsman. i found a 400 scrambler 2002 on ebay is that the same as a 500 2001 or close enogh to work? thanks for the help i will post pics and or a video tomorrow.

 

what other modle frames could i use to mount all of my parts on and ride? would a old sportsaman frame work the style with the swingarm? I found a 1997 polaris sportsman 400 frame it looks lie it had a swingarm like a scrambler.

 

The 2002 400 frame will work.You need a 2000-2003 500 or 400 Scrambler frome
