I bought some billet aluminum 1.5 inch spacers for a Ranger from a dealership they are nice but expensive ($180) I have them on the front.

I put some spacers (2nd picture) I got on ebay ($75) on the back and now my rear tires rub on the plastics. so I am getting EPI HD springs for the back to see if it will stop it.

I went with Highlifter 1" on mine. Far as I know Poo is still using the 4/156 pattern.

here is the ones have for the rear, they are cast aluminum, the guy says he has never had one break but the way I ride I'm a little worried.

here is the link for the GOOD ones, they are made for a RZR and are CNC machined from solid 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum.

Click on "Polaris RZR" and then scroll down to "POLARIS RANGER/RZR 1.5" BILLET WHEEL SPACERS"

they must have differnt thickness sizes. that looks like a 1 1/2" spacer and i would think 1" would be enough depending on how wide you go.

have fun trying to find a 1 inch spacer, the norm is 1.5 or 2.5, I'm sure they make them but I have yet to run across one.

The ones that I linked to above are 1" which was plenty for me to get the tire away from the tie rod end boot when I put my mudlites on.

and those are the only 1 inch ones I have seen, and I think I might get them to get away from my 1.5's

The ones I had for my 500 were 1" and made by SuperATV.
