click on the word reply at the bottom right of your post, then click on the picture icon (4th from the right) and insert the picture's web address. I followed your link, copied the web address from the address bar on the top of my browser and pasted that into the box where it asks for the picture's URL.

I have to click on a popup warning that allows the site to run a scripted window.
