i took it to my dealer on saturday. the service manager told me that he would have warn send out all the parts that would be needed. i asked if he needed a copy of my recept and he told me no that he would make sure that it was taken care of under warranty. my dealer is going to do the work in-house.
a good dealer makes all the difference in the world.. i guess they figure that if they treat me right i will probably buy a new machine every few of years. there right.

My Bro-in-law had a contactor go south on him. He called Warn. They didn't even want him to send in the broken contactor. They just took his word that it was broken, and he had the new contactor in his hands in four days. If every company would follow Warn's lead.......the world would be a better place.

My fathers warn went out after 5 times use on a brand new machine I told him to call warn directly instead of his dealer so he did he explained what was happening, they told him that they were having some issues with certain models. Warn overnighted the parts and he was back in buissness the next day. He has the 2.5ci model from the dealership made by warn, It is a small gear inside the housing that becomes shattered into little pieces, according to warn they were heat treated to long and that makes them brittle. I would just deal with warn directly they are a top notch company to deal with they stand behind there products and customers........................................J MO
