ok the more i think of the chain of events i think you may be right it makes since so what do you recomend for the clutch</end quote></div>
you need to pull the pvt cover off and take a look. chances are there extremly dirty and msot likely worn if you have alot of hours on this bike. the belt should be setting a little above the secondary(the big clutch) when at rest(engine off). maybe take it apart and get back to us and we can give you some dircetion from there. pictures would be good if you can take and down load them on here so we can see.

The rear clutch ramp buttons are shot!!!!!
To by pass the overide button where you can go full speed in reverse you need to unplug the black wire from the rev box.You will still need the button for 4x4 in rev

ok i took the pvt cover off and the belt is sitting on the top of the rear clutch and all the way in on the front.... i suspect my belt may be a little to worn no freying or anything but looks a little small.. when the motor is running i neutral the system spins with no clutch movment abd when the throttle is pressed front seems to close all the way the belt rides on top and the back i think opens all the way it seemed to be i could only get me head so close before it would have been torn off no doubt lol ok but yeah so their we are oh their is a blue spring in the front clutch i saw alot of talk on the color what is the diference keep in mind everything is oem sorry about not haveing pictures the batteries are dead i am waiting for them to charge. so what no gents..
