Canoe Rack for Sportsmans.....
Well I thought about getting a Canoe rack for the 450 .But looked at some of the universal ones for sale and seem that they all attach to the tube style racks...
I am now in the process of making one (in my head right now..LOL) and want to use the back hitch for the rear mount, stright up (tube steel) and thinking about the front rack............I thinking about the plastic rack..........So what will the best way to mount on these Plastic racks?...Thanks.......Caper.........Anyone with pics would be great..Homemade or store bought......Caper.........

Hey Caper, I would try having something fabbed to come off the top of your winch housing where the two bolts are for the vertical rollers. I picture a V shaped piece of metal that would widen as it goes up with a cross piece of either metal or wood. The idea with the hitch should work too. Cool idea. I noticed the same thing about canoe racks that are out on the market being only for metal tube-style racks. For people with an X2 you could probably work off of the rear box as it holds 400 lbs.
