Default new brushgaurd

just installed the new brushgaurd from ATV-GURU. First it is a very tight fit. I thought it fit like the OEM Polaris gaurd, but it actually fit closer to the body. They did a great job of making it line up perfect. Second, you can still use the factory radiator protector screen. I pushed the top plugs in with a dowl through the screen, the bottom you could reach under the bar and push in. It is very well made, adds protection for the radiator and lights, and looks pretty sharp too!

Very nice. These guys make a great product. The bumper does seem too close to the front plastic. Can you still get a rag to the headlights? My concern is when you bounce off a tree at slow speeds like I have, there is no room for the bumper to give without breaking the plastic. I would like to see some clearance in there. What do you guys think? I still want one.

This is the expanded metal (mesh inserts). It is tight around the outside edge. You can still reach the lamps from the top and inside edge. The Polaris headlight protection came with really cheap hardware, I broke off two bolts grabbing and pulling on the Polaris bar. This gaurd uses one bar from end through the braket to the other end. If you have the Polaris gaurd I would suggest changing the hardware (bolts and nuts) to a higher grade because it won't take much impact to snap the bolts and expose your plastic.

Nice, man it looks like it really adds the right protection in the front. I do agree with everyone else
though the tightness and more so at the bottom where it looks like it sits on the plastic across from
top bolt. BUT you also get added protection over the headlights and the bottom RAD guard area
for sure. Okay what is the web site, I like to check it out!

I have the first Brush gaurd they made for the Polaris machines. Awhile back I hit a tree hard enough to lift the rear end off the ground and it didn't budge the gaurd one bit. These gaurds are not built like the tinny things that Polaris puts out. I have never heard a bad review on any of their products.

Mornin Boys,
I got to agree bout the Guru guard. I'm impressed with the workmanship that went into the one I got.. And Paul seems to listen to what the customer has to say and gives feedback right away. I like the company.
Mine.

PS: Happy Easter all..
