First make sure you have voltage to your switch does the light come on when it is switched on? If so start checking the wires to your hubs for breaks they are grey wires.

I think there should be 24 omhs to your hubs not positive on this.

If there is no power to your switch check the grey/white stripe wire that goes to it for voltage. If there is no voltage in that wire you can tap into that one with a red wire from the ignition to see if it works.

hope it helps good luck

HIYA,THE ARMATURE PLATES ENGAGING THE HILLIARDS ARE VERY DEPENDANT ON TOLERANCE,MEANING THERE CANNOT BE NO PLAY IN THE HUBS,JACK UP THE BIKE+12+6 MOVE THE WHEELS TO CHECK FOR PLAY, YOU NEED TO FEEL NONE.ALSO MAKE SURE FLUID IS UP+ CLEAN.

put your hands at 12+6 oclock+try rocking back+forth.if you have play you want to take apart+inspect clutches+bearings, very unforgiving of play.
