The 250 Explorer comes with 23" front tires and 24" back tires. Would it be a problem if I put 24" on the front? Would it tear anything up? It seems like it would make the 4X4 kick in quicker. The problem is there seems to be very few 23X7X10 mud tires around. I don't really want to go any bigger in the back due to extra weight and all. Any body have any ideas? I think part of it is I'm not totally sure how Polaris 4X4 system works. Is the front geared the same as the rear?

the service manual says not to change the tire size because it may affect the 4x4 operation, but I see alot of people with big tire kits, so it is hard to say, I personally like the stock titans, the hook up great in most conditions and are easy to break lose in the corners. They do have alot of flex though.

I think if you went up an inch all around you would be OK. I would not go a size up on just the front, though, as the hubs may not unlock properly.
