Default Heel clicker question

I have a 2006 Sportsman and I recently installed a Heel clicker clutch kit. I LOVE the kit as it really seems to add alot of bite when down low. However, after the install and ever since, the clutch weights rub the cover until the machine warms-up then it seems ok. I have had it appart and adjusted/tinkered with the cover but it still rubs. I thought the newer bikes had clearance for the Heel clicker. Has anyone else added this kit and have you experienced the same issue? If so, how did you fix it?

Talk to Stendori and ScrammyTodd but I believe others have posted that
you need to grind down the inside of the clutch cover. BUT don't go by me
check with these guys they are experts and are good with this sorta thing,
they know FIRST HAND!

Default Heel clicker question

I have one on my 06 700, and I didn't have to do anything. No rubbing at all. You might check your motor mounts real close to make sure your motor hasn't shifted a tiny bit, letting it rub. It may be real hard to tell. I'm not sure why Polaris hasn't ever made their engine/trans 1 peice. Seems to cause a lot of problems.
