Has anyone seen any new Limited Edition models for 08 at the dealers?

 

I picked up my stealth black 800 X2 about 3 weeks ago.

 

I saw the blue one, and it's calling my name.

 

I saw the white one in the showroom and one on the trails. Also saw the metallic orange one. It actually looks really good. I bought the sunset red one in December. Didn't realize it was a limited edition colour till I found it on the polaris web site.

I haven't seen a white one anywhere yet. I almost bought the red one earlier but the dealer conviced me that I'd have the paint tore up in no time, the way I drive. Then I read last night that the paint is 10 times tougher than the plastic, or something like that. I want a blue one SO BAD. My house needs a new roof first. I heard about the paint peeling as well. Then the bike looks aweful with the dull plastic colour showing. Time will tell I guess.

Stealth Black is sweet..

 

Why is it that the MSRP for Canada is about 25% higher when money is at par? Then they put measures in place to ensure Canadians don't by bikes in the States at the discounted rates. I don't get it? Same things apply with Can Am that is built in Canada.
