Default wheel isn't straight

hope you guys can help me. I've been working on a friends '00 xplorer 400. whenever I put the wheel on (on the right side as you sit on it) it tilts inwards towards the top. it was so bad that it was rubbing the tie rod end. got some new rims and tires on it and it isn't as bad (old rims were pretty bent up). I replaced the brake rotor with a new one today also. the a arm isn't bent and nothing else seems bent either. can it be bent at the hub? I had to put a couple of washers on the brake bracket because when I tightened it up all the way, the outer brake pad would wedge up against the rotor and not let it turn. I need help!!

It could be a number of htings.Best bet is to jack it up andstart shaking and disassembling until you find it.Be sure to check the ball joint and wheel bearings inside the hub.

I've had everything apart already. the bearings are fine, ball joint is good. I don't see how adjusting the tie-rod would help. how would you check to see if the spindle is bent? everything checks out fine and I've done a lot of measuring and it all works out.
