We have benn hard at it on the dyno for about 2 weeks now and have a pretty soild package that has been working very well. We have over 150 runs at this time too.

Right now we are getting 69-70 hp at the crank @ 6900-7000 rpm. These #'s are on a good hot motor with back to back to back runs to ensure info is accurate.

Current package includes:
Hsp full ex.
Hsp high flow intake
Hsp cam kit with .010" head gasket to bump compression
Hsp Stage 3 head porting
Hsp ecu remapping
Boondocker fuel controller

We are testing more head work, pistons and ecu stuff as we speak I will post if we find any more info.

You can print the new one off of the site, we will not have printed versions in our hands for a week or so.

Hey speedwerx have you done anything to the bottom end like a stouter crankshaft? How much HP do you think the stock crankshaft can handle?

Depend's on what rpm you want to spin, there is more power at higher rpm's but for consumer we do not suggest going over 7000 rpm right now.

We do offer a pin / weld on the 700 / 800 cranks for durability reasons. We normally on do this on our race motors that will run @ 7000 rpm or higher all day long.

To date we have not seen any failures on the dyno or in the feild.

I will say that it is more of an rpm issue than a hp issue if the crank is to fail the stock design is not the best but it is working ok for now. I've heard of other's working on custom cranks but I'm sure they will be $$$$$$.

Where can I purchase the pin / weld for the crank? Can the limiter be raised to 7000 on the 03 700?

Sportsman70003, we cannot remap the carbed cdi's to raise the rev limiter. The crank pinning is 300.00 your crank will need to be sent to us to have it done and right now there is only about a week or 2 turn around.
