You need to get the pixle size down to 750 lines and you might need to change the resoulution as well! Adobe Photoshop works great for this change and makes it real easy.

Most of the time I open a picture in Paint and save it, it ends up being a way smaller file than the original. It's still the same dimensions, but lower resolution I guess. I save everything as a JPEG because it's smaller than other formats I tried.

I like to know how to increase the MAX setting for characters in the signature block.

Any ideas? Such as:
-------------------------
2006 Sportsman 500 EFI with winch, Glacier Plow, Lock & Ride backrest, front brushguard, rear bumper, 8" rear rack extension, thumb-warmer, 3-headlight kit, RAM mount for Garmin GPS 12.

Evo 2X 50cc 2-speed powerboard (scooter) with Power Pipe, velocity stack, ADA Racing air filter, bigger drive gear. Only 55 pounds with 6 HP.

2001 Chevy Siverado half-ton 4x4, regular cab, long bed, Leer fiberglass cap, an old mutt in the passenger seat.
-----

AND IT WOULD SEEM THAT YOU HAVE MORE CHARACTERS THEN MINE AND I CAN'T ADD ANYMORE?

R'

your computer may already have the software needed to do this. it needs to be a jpeg(at least its one of the few files it takes) and needs to be under 150x150 and under 100 kb's if i rememeber right. worse case send them to someone via email and have them do it for ya and them they send it back and you put it on your page.
