Default rear axle seals

Has anyone replaced the rear axle seals on a newer sportsman 700? Both sides of my rear diff are leaking a bit of oil. I'm headed to Canada on an bear hunting/atv trip and need to know if I should wait to tear into it. I keep a check on the fluid levels. How hard are the seals to remove? I know the axles won't be too bad to get out due to I've replaced cv boots before and have that down pat.

i did a set on a 800 for a friend. once you get the axles out it is a piece of cake. just pop the old seals out and drive the new ones in. hope yours wasnt like his. when i popped out the first seal oil started to run out and i said hmmmm oil level shouldnt be that high. i pulled the drain plug out and a whole bunch of water came out first.

That's how I found out that the seals were leaking worse than I thought. I went to change the oil in it after a long ride that had many river crossings and there was some water in the oil. There wasn't any water in the air box so that was the only way that water could have gotten in was thru the seals. Thanks for the info.
