Don't give him too much grief. The guys in the Honda forum probably won't reply to him anymore so he has to go somewhere!

It does not matter what brand you have, just ride.
If you still dont like your machine MODIFY IT!

The immaturity sure shows through here in this Fluffy character.

The response to this immature crap has been well handled. Kudos boys!

Lurch77. I have to agree that this crap seemingly came from a Honda lover, BUT, I have to say that this is not what Honda riders are all about. This jerk SHOULD NOT be associated with the Honda guys. He stands out alone, not branded. There are immature Polaris, AC, Yamaha etc riders out there too that will spew crap like this from time to time. There are a lot of great machines out there, of all brands, and there are some darn fine people riding them. The key is that we recognize the immature idiots and treat them accordingly. The respected riders of all brands are our friends. They WILL be riding beside us and may be pulling us out of the mud one day!

I can safely say that I may be riding one of those other machines some day. I will evaluate each time I want to purchase a new machine and decide at the time what is best for me. This time I am riding Polaris. Last time it was Honda. Who knows next time!

Let's not mix up the immature with those less knowledgeable. Fluffy represents the immature and does a good job of it. The less knowledgable are respected forum participants. The forum is here so that we can help each other, and discuss our machines and experiences. There are always those with more knowledge, and those with less knowledge. We are here to help each other. That is my take on it anyways.

I too miss Sledder. May he rest in piece. He represented the best of the worst.

Deej,

Good point. I own Hondas so don't compare me to this guy. I have seen some Polaris owners post similiar stuff on the Honda forum. All Honda owners do not share this guys tunnel vision.

Here! Here! And there are some of us who are Bi--at least when it comes to ATV ownership. We have both Polaris's (Polari?) and Honda's, as well as a Yamaha that my daughter bought (Oh, well, you raise 'em, and look what they do! Sorry, Yami-owners, I couldn't resist!). Anyway, these squirrels (got that from 4-Man-S) seem to ride all kinds of ATV's, and we see that same thing in other forums. These days, the anti-Raptor stuff is crazy! I am starting to use the term "squirrels", because just like the rodents, they are small and annoying, and flit around everywhere trying to cause havoc. These are the same ones at riding places who don't actuallu hit the trails, just wheelie and scream back and forth in the parking lot, showing off their "prowess" on their "awesome" machines, all the while kicking up dist and such destruction. "Squirrels" seem to fit nicely, and the young ones won't even know you're talking bad about them. (P.S. They call it "dissing" them).

ya know, one of the things i like to do besides riding my quad is squirrel hunting! i have the perfect gun too! it is a ruger 10/22 with a carbon fiber barrel, sinthetic(sp) stock with a built in bi-pod, polished action and trigger, trigger pull lightened to about 2.5 lbs. 3-9x40 power scope and 3 10 shot clips! that'll hit a prarie dog in the head at about 200 yards fairly consistantly, and it weighs less than the standard barrel!

If honda is so great then how come my 2-wheel drive trail boss will go more places than a 4-wheel drive fortrax 300. Ah yeah its not really 4-wheel drive. my friend and me were in 6 inches of snow and in the woods making our own trails as we go. we come to a hill and he went first we only made it half way up then i went, made it all the way up . he said it was because he did not get a good start, i told him to try again he got stuck in the same place. and lets not talk about the 500s. on one deep muddy ruted hill the honda wont go up. my dads sp500 will go up in reverse. the extra wheel helps.
