Default 1.5" gauge

Here is a link to an Auto Gauge 1.5" water temp gauge, it appears to be the same one Quadovator sells? For the big price difference would it work on an atv. Looks like you might have to do the wiring, the quadovator ones come prewired. but this one is $30 and free shipping!!!! Would also have to drill your own 1/8" NPT whole in the thermo cover (no big deal). would it work on my 2004.5 sp 500?

Thanks.

I think a person could take off the square plate part....saves alot of money...I have one of the quatovator ones on my 700. But this one is more than 1/2" price off...

i cant rememeber what i paid but i got the predrilled hosuing w/ mine and then sent back the core for like a $20.00 refund. it reallly bascily helps to give you a heads up if it starts to get too hot. not putting one on my 08' though.

That's the gauge I bought for mine as well. Fits good in the pod and I drilled my own t-stat housing
