i was wondering what to look for when inspecting the hillard clutchs on the awd i do have power to the coil just dont no any tolerances and how far the tabs should come out on the clutch in order to engage

 

anybody know what to look for

 

I'm not familar with the Scrambler's system. What year is it?

 

03 isnt it like all polaris awd systems

 

I believe it the same 4x4 system the Sportsman used back then.

 

i thought so but does ne body no what to look for when inspecting the clutch
