quick maintenance question

Default quick maintenance question

when i change my oil, gearcase lubricant, 2 cycle oil (in my 90 predator), is it necessary to use polaris expensive fluids or can i use another more inexpensive brand/product that is as effective???

and what do you all recommend i keep with me and quads when on trails in case ob breakdown (what tools are the most handy to have with me?)

and what would be recommended for add on headlights for a trailboss and what to make sportsman street legal???

thx a bunch......still waiting on part to fix my sp 500

as long as you use the same weight and type(like synthenic) oil it would be fine for something else. if it calls for a special kind(say like for the awd) then use what it calls for and you wont have any issues. just my .02
