It also has engine braking to the front wheels called ViscoLok. I have heard many posts from people complaining about the lack of that feature. Also it has ParkLock so you dont have to worry about the hydraulic park brake bleeding off when parked on a hill for extended periods.
I did not know it had a standard 500 engine which would suck.

As one who has lower gearing installed in my Magnum 500 I don't necessarily think that, much more horsepower is going to be needed. It's ok if you want it, but need it, as I'm finding out now I can literally chase down on long steep uphill runs, other 500's (with stock gearing) and still have throttle to spare.(keep in mind that you're reading a post from a guy that is actually considering one of those aerocharger turbos on this thing if they say it can be done!)
I really like the idea and makeup of this RMK. I bet it will be a big hit out here in the pacific northwest where we need something like this, especially with the 4 wheel EBS!

The new front differential is much like the one Bombardier uses on the Traxter. Instead of the normal electro-magnet "On-Demand" system on all other Polaris quads, this system will be a limited slip varient. This way 4x4 stays engaged all the time you have it switch to 4x4. Which makes for all wheel engine braking. This is one thing that is hard, if not impossible, to do with the "On-Demand" system.
