Did you change the rear shock preloads to the stiffest setting first?

Then buy the Heavy duty springs from a aftermarket place online or even the Polaris HD springs from your dealer, there not exspensive and easy to change. No way you can bottom the HD springs even on the lighter settings.

$187 ouch! The Polaris HD springs are only $77 a pair.

I have the Polaris HD springs and there no way you would want to ride with them on the stiffest setting.

But his is a 2008. Heres the link for the 08's:

Also, the Highlifter price is for 4, front and back. The front Polaris ones on ebay are $112, and don't seem to be available for 2008's. But I guess if he only wants rear ones no biggie.

Also, make sure you shift your weight forward when going up steep hills.

I put a set of the rubber spacers that polaris makes for the fronts on the rears and tighted the preload to the highst setting and that worked great. I know alot of you down the spacers but they fit tighter in the rears. I was 335lbs. 4 months ago and now I am 260lbs. thanks to atkins.
