Before Memorial day I bought a Kolpin Matrix Deluxe cargo bag/cooler. After just one weekend 2 of the zippers on the small compartments broke. I emailed Kolpin and with in 2 days they got back to me and completely replaced the entire 3 piece bag. They also never aasked for the first one back. I wish more companies has customer service like this.

 

great to hear they have good customer service. they have some pretty slick farming equipment set-ups for atvs.

 

i have 2 of thier fuel packs i like. good to have a co. stand behind whatthey sell for sure.

 

i put the plastic hand protectors on ,just for the little mirrors in them,on my new sportsman.Ireally like them,i usually am the navigator in our rides so im first,and with the mirrors i dont have to keep turnig around.[or i could have said the hondas and bombis cant keep up soi need to keep track of them]They look pretty cool on my bike too!

I have a similiar story while dealing with Kolpin...I bought their rear collapsible drop basket. After a few months a few of use the bolts pulled out stripping the threads. I contacted them, sent pics of the issue, they said they have to review the pics, etc. 5 days later ther was a new basket on my front step. Didn' even know they were going to ship one out! They didn't ask for the old one back, just thanked me for my business. How's that for customer service!

The drop basket is a great product btw. I was only going to use it for Ice season as it holds my heater, propane tank, bait bucket nicely. I've left it on year round, I keep chains, straps, tools, etc. Works out well for how I atv. Great product.

I also have a few other Kolpin products, which I've had for years. They've been solid!!
