Driving my Polaris Sportsman 500 HO and it just died! believe its something electrical b/c now when key is turned nothing comes on. Didn't happen while sitting.. was actually driving it, and just died. Any ideas what it could be [img]i/expressions/brokenheart.gif[/img]

Check your battery, if it is much below 11 volts you will get nothing.
Mine chews up batteries bad,
I also had a loose connection on the starter motor, tightened it and it fired up.
The one that pissed me off the most was a burned up ECM. There is a ton of threads on this forum with a factory ECM recall, mine was not covered.

first thing is to find out battery voltage put out is and go from there as well as connections as mentioned. seems to me if the battery or something else voltage wise was going wrong you should of seem the battery light coming on in the speedos screen.
