best place to buy polaris parts online
I think I might have you all topped, My local dealer charged me $13 and change for 1 quart of PS-4 oil.
I needed it and I do try to buy local too.
I called the dealer in the next town over ,10 miles away , they have the same oil for $8.00/qt
Needless to say I'm done with the local guy. I'll spend the difference in fuel getting to the other guy.

I say to hell with the dealer,
they all suck, have terrible prices and service, if god forbid you bring a part or your bike there, dont even expect them to look at it for a week or two.
I buy ALL my stuff online, and do all my own work.
99% of the time, the dealer says 'oh well I could Order that for you" yeah, well I could order it to, and not have to pay out the *** and waste 2 trips worth of gas to get it.
You want to waste all your money at the dealer, on the off chance you need a part quick some time in the future?
that doesnt make any sense.. its a 4 wheeler,, you dont NEED anything for it quickly, because its not a need, its a want.
Cheapcycleparts.com for all my OEM stuff,
and rocky for most of my other.
Ebay and craigs list have saved the day many many times also.
DEALERS SUCK
Most local every thing sucks,
you are supporting just as many, if not MORE jobs by buying online,
you know how many people it takes to run a sucessfull online store?
a hell of a lot more than a local dealer with a couple of retards sitting in the shop

Last year I went to the $13.00/qt dealer for CV boots. I described that I needed 2 front CV boot kits for an 04 1/2 500 sportsman.
Got them home and the machine torn apart and yup, wrong boots and lock rings.
Went back that afternoon and the owner had the ***** to blaime me for asking her for the wrong part. I said you looked up the part and gave me what you said I needed.
Unbelievable.
Kukerdan, On your searches if you can find me both floorboards for my 500 point me to them. I've hit ebay for about 6 months and can't find a price I'm willing to pay. Used is fine if they aren't beat to crap.
$125.00 new from the dealer. The part is worth maybe $30.00.

Not all dealers suck, and mine will very rarely sell me the wrong part. The last time they did it was a Lock & Ride backrest for my '06. The one they sold me was a model that was superceded by another one that actually fit. It shouldn't even have been in the supply line but there it was. I gave it back and a couple days later they got the right one for me. I can't remember right off hand another time in 11 years they sold me the wrong thing.
