Thought we were done. Rode about 100 miles this weekend and it was greaet except for the mud part when we got stuck found out that the 4 wd. is not working i'm not sure if it's caused by me cutting the purple reverse light wire or the bad battery or something else. It did work last time out so I am confused (normal for me) any thoughts?

IF YOU HAVE A BAD BATT.USING IT ANYWAY MIGHT MESS SOMETHING ELSE UP. BEING THE CHARGING SYSTEM WILL STAY WIDE OPEN FOR THE ENTIRE TIME YOUR USEING IT OVERHEATING ELECTRICAL..........

I agree! I rode my AC400 for a few months back in the winter with a fried battery(hey, it cranked with only one pull, so I didn't worry about it) It fried my rectifier/Voltage regulator, which I am replacing now. At $250 (with Shipping) I wished I had replaced the battery sooner!
